The New Zealand division of the Royal Institute of Naval Architects

Clendons are the official lawyers to the New Zealand division of the Royal Institute of Naval Architects (RINA NZ).  Clendons sponsor RINA NZ and regularly advise RINA NZ members on boat design and construction projects, contract issues (including cross-border licensing and construction arrangements), intellectual property, commercial/fleet tendering and dispute resolution in the area of marine design.
