Sophia was born and raised in Christchurch and graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2021 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and International Business). She was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in October 2022.

Sophia assists on a wide range of commercial law projects, including contracts, terms and conditions, employment, resource management, trusts and conveyancing.
